Hi,
I had bought a Induction stove from Amazon on month of June 2022 and last week while I was cooking the induction, the induction started to malfunction and in few minutes, it burst completely. I raised complaint, provided all details, they told the repairing will be chargeable. Even though it was not our fault still we bore the expense of transport and gave it to Service Center, Jai Rama Service Center, Kukatpally, Hyderabad and they charged Rs 500 for repairing too. Yesterday I got it back and today it bursted again causing severe injury to my face.
We wrote on Twitter, Instagram, to customer care, terrible service.
I want this product to be replaced and refund of my repairing fees at any cose.
