I purchased a pigeon Pressure Cooker in Amazon and The pigeon pressure cooker was blasted itself yesterday. and i myself & Family was in kitchen luckily did not get injured...what is your safety norms how can we believe with your product it any think happen in my family who will response. i need proper investigation and solution.
