Hi same thing happened to me. Did they respond to your complaint?
Wrong delivery of product. I ordered a SILK saree of parrot GREEN-purple color but they delivered RED COTTON saree of very poor quality. No response of complaint, didn't received calls either. Will file a complaint in consumer court if he doesn't refunds my money.
