The website, pinhealth.com who claims to be partner with medlife.com took my order of one medicine/product, confirmed the order, took money (Credit card) but after 3 days cancelled the order, there is no proper communication on the website, just a quick phone call that they are refunding the amount, but it has been over 7 days no refund no status update no communication.
The payment mode was also very fishy, they sent a link in mobile which redirected to medlife.com to pay.
I am kind of confused who are the owners and how the order is being fulfilled. I strongly recommend to stop these websites from operating ate least they prove they are capable of handling online ecommerce orders and better communication, order delivery or even cancel/refund status Was this information helpful? |
