Pizza Hut Order Thru Zamoto — Dining order - payment done twice but no refund

Dear Sir,

On 24.05.23 we have given a order in Pizza Hut for Rs. 650.34 at 8.50 pm online thru [protected] ( RACHITA FULORIA ) and the payment has been done to UPI ID - zomato.[protected]@axisbank thru other registered PAYTM UPI no..( [protected] - PRAVEEN FULORIA ) . Initially the payment was reflected and same has been done. But immediately a message reflect in that mobile where from the order has been initiated that the refund of amount for your order has been successfully processed and shall be reflect in your account by now. Later on again order has been initiated and this time again the payment has been done thru the same no. via Paytm and order received. But till date the payment which was made thru [protected] has not been received till date. The payment ref. no.[protected].

It is, therefore requested to you that kindly arrange to refund of Rs. 650.34, as paid twice for 0ne order.
