Pje Enterprise — they are fraud

I joined pje enterprise for work from home job. I signed an agreement which said that if i do not meet the deadline then i have to pay 4900 rs. I did not leet the deadline and now thr company people call and say i have to pay 18000 rs. To them. I actually paid 18000 due to fear. Please help me out. I dont know what should i do. They are a fraud a cheat
