Pjp Cinepolis Jamshedpur — antisocial and offensive behaviour of the staff

I visited for movie loveyatri 9:10pm show at pjp cinepolis with my family. First of all they denied us to get in at 8:55pm saying they only allow just before 10 mins as this was very humiliating to me and my wife as they told is to wait outside the main security check.
Secondly when we went for the movie the whole audi was almost empty with only 7-8 viewers. We were constantly getting disturbed by two fellow viewers who were putting legs behind our seats and talking loud among them, which was very disturbing so we changed our seats and came two row behind. But after 45 mins passed the cinepolis staff came and started behaving very ride with offensive language to my wife and my brother which was very insulting. We even requested the staff that we would go back to our seats once you solve our issue but he insited and spoke very rude and loud voice which was really humiliating infront of other patrons. Later we came out of the audi and tried to speak to other staff and manager but they all had same kind of attitude. They never apologised for their unprofessional act instead they created a scene and we felt regretted travelling 10 kms for a movie whereas other theatre eylex is in the vicinity of my residence.
Very bad experience, later i am even going to lodge a complaint in police about the act of these people. Money wasted, time wasted and vacation spoiled. People please beware of these unsocial people at pjp cinepolis. We also have two other best movie theatres in town and the tickets are also reasonable. Same day i saw one other group also having some issue with the management. This is a regular case with this multiplex. Kindly be careful.
