I had placed an order in dealclear.com, Planet comm. The order was prepaid for an amount INR 1355.00 paid through paytm BHIM UPI against UPI ref no.[protected] . The products was never shipped and delivered to me. There is no response from customer care service through mail and the is no customer care number. The status of the order is displaying processed from past 45 days and there is no update on the status.
