Planet Computers — Not willing to support

I refer to this laptop repair shop called planet computers near dsk aaksgganga rahatani pune 27.
My acer laptop needed battery replacement so I contacted them. They said they will fetch the battery in 1- 2 days. 2 days later I called them. They said they are working on it.
Now it’s more than 25 days but they are not updating at all. I see the battery listed on many sites like amazon. Even acer service center is ready to procure one.
They may not have contacts or may not be interested to do any business at all
