Planet spark is a fraud company which convinces us to buy the course on loan through Razorpay and pressurises us to share credit/debit card details for monthly EMI mandate approval.
I have already paid Rs 16000 and due to the EMI mandate, the money automatically gets deducted from my bank account.
I have emailed planetspark on 04/12/23, 06/01/24, 08/01/24, 15/01/24 &17/01/24 requesting them that I would not like to continue the course any further but I received an email on 22/01/24 from them insisting me to continue with the course as once enrollment is done and if a student completes 5classes the enrollment becomes non-cancellable snd I was just shocked to know this as I was never told about this by their team during enrollment.
Smt. Gunjan Mahalan Mob. No. [protected] is the co-ordinator of Planet spark who convinced me to get admission for tge course and now is not taking my phone calls.
