Dear Sir / Maam
I enrolled my son in this program and i was made to pay the full amount of the fees that was around 2000 USD. Once i made the payment in full the classes are not happening as scheduled, the teacher is absent most of the time for the regular classes and i am not able to schedule the practice classes from their platform. I have opened multiple tickets but there is no resolution and they close the tickets as soon as i open them.
There are a lot of Indian companies that scam people in the USA and bring bad name to India and Indians here in the USA. This looks like one of them.

Please lodge FIR against Kunal Malik MD/CEO of Planet Spark & submit it to CM window.
We are doing same process & try to get the refund from Planet Spark.
