Planetspark — Refund issue from planetspark

I have had horrible experience trying to get my refund. They stated that I can get refund of the amount that I paid after 01 classe, if I didn't like the classes at any given point. I ask them for refund after one classe. They are not issuing the refund saying I donot meet the company internal criteria for refund. None of that was told during the initial admission process. They make you decide and pay the fees everything during a single phone call. I hope nobody makes the same mistake and I raise a issue regarding refund but no one are responding and EMIs deducting from my bank account.So plz be careful my dear parents
