Planet Spark Maths and English Tutors batch id - 39825 Registration no- Course name- english amount paid - 25000 reg Contact Details of the Institute - [protected]@PlanetSpark.in complaint no - 143923 Problem Reported - I had taken the course and the company told the me that if you take 5 trial classes and you do not like the course, you can cancel.And you will be refunded the full amount, but now the company is telling the to me to take 5 classes first, because the consumer has canceled only after taking 2 classes.Because the user didn't like the course...so consumer complaint for it in the company but company not provide any satisfied response yet...I want refund amount as soon as possible...
