I have enrolled my son Amartya class7 for classes. The teacher was not attentive. when complained, another teacher was alloted. that teacher was ridiculous. She displayed some slides and made him write down. it went as such for 2 classes continuously. Then I complained and informed him we won't continue to Akshat Bansal. He was very rude and nonsupportive. I wrote many emails to customer support. They used to raise a ticket but no response. Its been a long time, and no one has bothered to resolve / refund.
