I also urge others to share their concerns on LinkedIn as PlansetSpark responds quickly to LinkedIn posts.
After I had put my complaint here and on Linkedin, PlanetSpark people reached out to me via phone and email to resolve my complaint. While the refund was completed within a month of my complaint, the stoppage of EMI and closure of loan account took around 3 months after multiple follow ups on phone and email.
