Planetsparks — No refund fees paid

Hi On 8/8/2023, we requested a refund:
"Hi, how much is each session?
Please consider the two facts on terminating this course.
1) The 1st class is only less than half an hour long, you can check
the recording. Also the rest of the classes were only 45 minutes long,
unlike advertised 1 hour long.
2) On 8/4/2023, I requested a change of teacher, but it didn't happen.

Please check with your boss if we can terminate the course based on
the facts above. I was hoping my son would pick up interest and then
take this course longer term, but it hasn't happened yet. His level
doesn't match the class content.
