Platinum Services — Money Refund and cancellation

I got a call yesterday by this company saying that they have a combo offer deal for me as I have maintained a good relationship with my credit card and manage it well .And they said this call is from credit card services as visa master. Then the person I was having conversion explained the benefits with me and latter connected my call to his senior as he mentioned Mr. Vinayak Murthi and he describe all the benefits again to me as below
1 assured leather wallet and belt
2 discount card which will give me benefits of 20-30% off on my purchase at any shop where we can pay by cc or dc and that will be a on the spot discount after swiping this discount card
3 full body health check up for 1 person in family or my self
4 2 holiday package of 4 member in family. Which can be at any destination. I have to pay nothing during this holiday stay.
5 if I pay anything out side provided hotel for food I can submit bill and get that money back as reimbursement worth rp 4000
And for all this service them made me pay 8990/- as one time fees and said this I will be paying to my axis Bank branch by my cc and can be convert to emi
They send me a link of payment on mswipe gate way which make me trust them as this is a trusted gate way after making payment. Vinayk murthi provide me contact number by saying this are custom service number for further queries and communication. And took my address email address and even send me mail on my email, The details now in the mail had some crucial info which was not mentioned prior such as offers on purchase available in selected outlets only so I went to online reviews about this company and got to know about fraud they have been done to many more people like me. I called to Vinayak Murthi to check for the cancellation and refund process. But he kept repeating again and again to use the service and he told that there is nothing I can do about getting the money back and he also declined to give any alternative mail id or number to discuss about this. Please share if there any way I can cancel this and get my money back.

I'm writing this complaint after receiving the call again today from Mr. Vinayak Murthi from a new unknown number. I was expecting for a solution instead I got warning for writing the complaint and he is straight away telling me that no one can do anything on this matter.

He is now threatening me that I have to receive a courier from them, otherwise he said he will be again charging me 3000 or 4000 some amount, for not receiving the package to my credit card. Upon asking him how is it even possible to use my card without my payment approval, his reply was this- Since he has my card details he said he will be able to do so it seems. ( I have e mailed my bank to check on this ). If this is possible then I'm screwed.

And I requested him to transfer my call to other person or to register my complaint and asked to share a complaint id. His response was very rude and declined stating that I have to speak only him only and he will not transfer the call. After disconnecting the call, I felt very bad for even answering his call.

I was looking for some solution or process from their end to resolve this issue in a civilized manner. Now the calls are going in a wrong direction. I'm literally being forced to accept his terms on the services, despite saying him clearly I'm no longer want be a part this sham.

I have requested them many times and emailed them everyday asking for information on how to cancel and opt for refund. Is this too much to ask from them. The company is only interested in robbing people. Only god knows how many people they have cheated and how many more they will do so.

If anybody know how to resolve this issue, please let me know. Your help is much appreciated.

Adding to the last complaint. Today's experience made me seriously think about Platinum Services, what sort of a company is this really? I registered a complaint on one of their person, the same person is calling again to re assure me that no one can do anything on Platinum Services. And he is making fun out me, saying even if I keep calling him again and again still I won't get any respond it seems.

Is Platinum Services really a company or some sort of Scam running by some guys? Does Platinum Services has any sort of work ethics or any working structure within the company? How can your employee Vinayak Murthi call me and says that Platinum services can charge money or take money from me without my approval. Even after mentioning that I will be writing a complaint. Platinum Services person doesn't care, as if they have done this many times and will be doing the same in future also.

If one of your client doesn't want to continue services from Platinum Services, then why are forcing them. Why can't you have a procedure for cancellation. And how can Platinum services approach us in the pretext of giving a new card from banks.

Feels like We are not customers of Platinum Services, we are their targets.

Thank you for providing updates. One of my friend has also been duped by them it seems. Did they charge you again?
Yes, they are calling me again and again saying that I have agreed for some auto pay option, and I need to pay again and use their service. Otherwise they said they will debit some 43 K approx from credit card it seems.
I had to block and cancel my credit card which I was using for 6 +years, just to be safe.

I wish I can take some legal action on these sort of companies. Unfortunately we can't do anything.

My advise if you receive a call from them, immediately block the number. I have attached a screenshot of received message.
