I got a call from platinum credit card services on 30 dec 2021 and they told they are from axis credit card and i will be given cash Back on shopping, vouchers for holidays, lunch and medical checkup. I was fooled by them . Because none of them was true. I regretted my decision. As if this was enough I got call on 4 Jan 23 that my services are rebewed and i will be charged rs8990 on Feb 23. I have asked them to not to renew this as I'm not interested but they are denying to cancel it as I'll be charged rs11990 if i cancel it. I'm feeling helpless . I m asking the forum to please stop them from debiting more money and refund my money. Was this information helpful? |
