Play Games 24x7 — Unauthorized fraud transaction

Respected sir

I (Apexit dhandav) have savings bank account in dr. B. R. Ambedkar nit, jalandhar canara bank branch acc. No[protected],

On 08/06/2017 the amount of rs.24800/- was debited from my account the total amount in account was rs. 44, 744.57/- before this transaction. The amount was transferred to "playgames24x7_tpsl" on 08/06/2017 time 14:51:32 with transaction no. / cheque no. As on passbook is 09876062

But i didn't receive any otp on my mobile neither i received the message of transaction on my mobile, i do not have net banking, it means the person who did the transaction knows very well that how much balance in account.

I registered a complaint regarding this in bank branch of canara bank, i also tried to contact play games 24x7 but i didn't get any reply from them.

Please help me in this matter for retrieving my money back
