Play Games24x7 — unauthorized transaction

Hi,

I have not used my debit card for the play games 24x7. But, there are 2 unauthorized transactions with rs 15000 and rs 16250 on 16th september 2019. I have not received any otp for transactions. I have also raised dispute with citi bank. But, they didn't take any action.

I am not sure what details i have to share here. Please let me know where should i share the detailed information about this issue.
