On 6th november 2017 my account in playrummy.com was blocked without stating any reason for the same also my withdrawal request of rs.1200 was declined. Since then i am continuously sending them mails for reasons for blocking my account but no mail has been received yet also i have blance of rs 12500 in my playrummy.com account which not yet given to me, kindly help me in this
