Please Close My R-shield Plan — Without my knowledge 21000 was debited

The executive previously called regarding the R-shield plan and explained all the details. They did not mention that 21000 will be debited to activate the plan. They mentioned that monthly installment to be paid for this. now all of the sudden Rs. 21000 was debited from my account without my knowledge. Please cancel my plan and credit the money as soon as possible.
