Plethico Pharmaceuticals — Non-refund of deposit

I and one of my family members have give n deposit of rs 2.00 lac to the company. The company has defaulted on payment to a large number of depositors and did not comply the mandatory provisions of section 74 (1) (B) of the companies act 2013 under which all deposits taken by the company before 01.04.2014 had to have been refunded to depositors latest by 31.03.2015. The company also did not approach clb/nclt for extension of time u/s 74 (2) of the act. I and some other depositors have planned to file our petition before the national company law tribunal at ahmedabad (Present jurisdiction) u/s 73 (4) of the act. We want other depositors to join at least 100 numbers. This will strengthen our efforts and shall be less expensive.
