That there has been unauthorised construction in plot no. H-319, tarun enclave, pitampura, new delhi-110034 without any sanction or permission from the north mcd. That the construction is illegal and is being carried out even on pendency of the suit which is absolutely abuse of law. That construction is void and unauthorised in the eyes of law and should be stopped. Some action must be taken against them by the concerned authorities against any sort of structural; additions in the plot without permission as soon as possible as it is totally illegal.
