I shopped from Amazon and cancelled the order due to defective product. The amount of 3250/- was refunded from Amazon on 28/01/2021 with the refund refernce # 30005110081008172735932 . But it does not cerdited to my account I contacted the customer care of both PNB and amazon they both are blaming on each other I have done all things that bank asked me to do like visiting branch office and all but it was of no use.
Amazon customer care told me to ask my bank to fill a charge dispute form but bank denied of any such form and just blame the issue on Amazon.
I have been facing this same thing for a week the both company are blaming each other while no one is trying to resolve the issue.
and the same incident happened with my other order also Amazon refunded the amount of 849/- on 13/02/2021 but didnt credited to my account.
