[Resolved]  PNB MetLife — PNB MetLife not refunding money

I have done insurance in PNB MetLife on 27 July 2021 and made the payment of 30000
Then after that I got verification call from their helpline I gave all the details they asked. Then they were asking too many details day after day then I refuse to do this policy. Till now I have not get any refund from PNB MetLife
I have attached the screen shot of payment made
