I shri pulak kumar mukherjee having salary a/c with pnb jagatdal br bearing no [protected]. I applied for a personal loan for rs.450000/-. Accordingly i submitted all requisite documents along with stamp papers on 06 mar 2018. The br bank assured me that the loan wpuld be sanctioned by the end of mar 2018. But it is regret to state that the br bank even not yet processed my loan application till date. Day by day just delaying the process. On asking they do not response on the matter. I am a central govt employee having kyc document with bank. Please do something to resolve the matter & to maintain good customer relationship. With regard pulak kumar mukherjee.
