Poddar Developers / Poddar Housing — Incompletion Poddar Rivera Kalyan Project

The Poddar Rivera project in Kalyan, and I must express my disappointment with the ongoing delays and lack of transparency regarding the building work and possession dates.

The project was initially promised to be completed and possession granted by 2025, but it's evident that there has been little to no progress in the past 3-4 years. As of now, only the construction of four floors has been completed, and the work appears to have completely stopped. There has been no official update from the builder about the status of completion or any future plans for finishing the remaining work. This lack of communication is very frustrating and concerning for all the investors and buyers who had high hopes for timely possession.

It's also worth mentioning that the builder's commitment to possession in 2025 seems increasingly unrealistic given the current state of the project. It’s unclear when or if the builder plans to resume work, and there’s no clear timeline for when the project will be completed.
