Address: Poddar riveria big leap Kalyan

I had paid token of 60, 000 ₹ as expression of interest for the project named poddar riveria big leap kalyan.

They said if you don’t like the sample flat and you want to cancel then you can cancel the booking and get the refund within 45 days.

I had requested the cancellation on
17-feb-2020 and i have not yet received the refund.
When i follow up regarding refund they just say it is in process.

I have attached the receipt for reference.

I had requested the cancellation on
17-feb-2020 and still i have not yet received the full amount. They have given me 50% amount in the first week of August after I lodged the complaint but I'm still waiting for the remaining amount.

As I'm following up with the poddar sales staff they say we have refunded the 50% and the remaining 50% will b paid to you by cheque as we have to show in the system.

I'm daily following up with Mr. Surendra Pathak and Mr. Abhishek Singh and I'm not getting the proper Information they are just making us fool that they will pay the amount by next week or so.

As per the form it is clearly said that the amount will b refund to you within 45days and now it is almost 6months passed and I have still not received the remaining 50% amount from them.

And when I said to Mr. Surendra Pathak that I will lodge the complaint regarding you guys he said ok fine do that.

Kindly look into this matter and do the needful also I have attached the receipt for reference also the screenshots.
