I had placed a grocery order on pohunch online store on 10 September 2023. It asked for all registration and delivery addresses and I have filled everything. After completion of my car time checked out I need took me to a payment page. There are selected upi mode of payment and paid them Rs. 763 . At 1:36 p.m. having completed this I got an order ID on my upi app which was 911109. After this the site did not refresh and neither reflect my payment
. Site appears to be forgulant as no orders pending with her without payment are being shown. I would like to have the amount refunded from the company as the transaction has bin completed from my end. I would also like to flag this company as fraudulent as they have numerous different customer care numbers and emails none of them are functional. Was this information helpful? |
