One cheater pawan kumar bhoot editor of police public press is collecting money from many youths in the name of issuing press card .Tough no body wright or reporting in this monthly megagin he is just collecting lakhs of rupees . He is just publishing 2 to 4 hundred copy and showing that he is printing lakhs of copy .
He is also awarding currupt senior police officers and collecting Lakhs of Rupees from thana officers and business man in the name of special issue, seminar or award giving ceremoney to SP_DIG etc .He is from kolkota and shoing his one bad room rented house of Bhubneswar as the head quarter of National magagin .Actualy he is taking benifit from the public in the name of police & press.
He has cheated Rs 1 lakh 45 thousand from me and I had filed a case against him at Nayapally thana bhubneswar in the year 2005 . under section 420 ipc .After relising in bail from odisha high court.he fled away from here to Delhi and became a Great Natwar lal . police has filed a case but i have not got back my money till now .i have already informed about this cheater to Economic offenders wing of Delhi and police commisioner, chief secretery .But they have written a latter to bhubneswar sp and not sized his proporty and not recovered my money .
