I had try to made car policy on 27 Jan 2021, I made the payment but policy not generated when i call to PolicyBazaar they said we are facing some technical error on UPI payment at the same time they told me be on call and just send me payment debit SMS I shared the records with them they confirm with floor supervisor and told me end of our working hours we made your policy, but I have not received the copy, next day morning I got a call from Policybazaar caller said your payment will be refunded within 5 days, from that day I have just received every 5days that we want more 5 days to resolve your problem. till date no resolution provided by them and no payment refunded.
