Hi all, i have bought the polycab cable on 19th april 2017 from indian cables who is authorised dealer of polycab in pune.. I have started using the wire on the month of may as i have received the meter in may. After a month o[censored]sing our of 4, 2 core has been stopped working and then i have started using another 2 core wires. From past 7 days it also has stopped working. Polycab is a brand that's why i bought it however when i asked the seller that this thing happened he was telling me like this is not possible, did you check this and that?? I also has complaint on a call and now i am playing in email chain. I don't have electricity at my home now. It's really annoying and frustrating now to get the follow up on this. There are many of other consumer using the same dp point to get the electricity and they all are not using even the branded wires. Now govt electrician has told me wire is faulty, and seller or company is not replying me on time. What should i do? I am expecting to atleast get my wire replaced by company, elese i will take a big step against them... Thanks Was this information helpful? |
