Used Canon Lens sold as new product

I have order the product online on 08.02.2023 and i have received the product on 13.02.2023. On the same day with in few minute of delivery i have informed the customer care that i have received a used product having fungus and scratches inside lens. I asked for refund since i don't want to believe on such kind of companies but the customer care people convinced me saying that replacement product will be dispatched immediately on pick up...

Servicing of ifb washing machine

We have purchased IFB FRONTDOOR 5 kg washing machine during the year 2005. Till 2015, the machine was running successfully without any major problems. During May 2015, the machine running was stopped and we called a IFB Service Dealer M/s Poona Electronics, Triplicate, Chennai 600 005 for servicing the unit. After their inspection, they instructed us to replace the MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB) which costs around Ra's.5800/- and a service charge...
