********Complete Cheaters & Unprofessional Services****** I booked Poonam Packers and Movers by paying 500 Rs as token advance on Sunday afternoon. Then my plan to shift got cancelled by same day evening and when I reached out to this Packers and Movers, they said that their office is closed as it is Sunday and asked me to call on Monday. It was unprofessional to accept money on Sunday but not refund it. On Monday as well, I called numerous time and nobody picked it up. Then I sent messages in Whatsapp and he responded that he cannot refund as it is already invested and in future if I need any Packing and Moving services he will conduct that. This is truly unprofessional. Dont book their services and never ever pay any money to these cheats. I tried to shift my house from Bangalore to Pune and they will deliver in a week with a decent price without harming a single households. One thing is to remember that there is many chance that your households may damage because while transporting your goods there are many obstacles and you have to take that risk. It's obvious that you if you relocate yourself there is more chance of losing or breaking your valuable goods.
