95% builder in bbsr are fraud. They re not cheating public only, cheating policies of govt, not paying tax, all are one category of gunda. Adminstration is very poor if any builder publishing any ads thy don't have noc, registration, building approved plan etc.gov bureaucrats can serve there company but nothing improved in bbs. Mindset of builder to get some token advance from all public for single property. Ni one case against them thinking will run pillar to post for there money. Judicially system is very poor setting case takes very long times by that time u loose everything, safety and security is very less builder can threatened u to withdraw case as police are getting work from builder, so better to stay away from builder
