Hi madam,
I never ever had such a bad experience like this in my life. I really fed up with all your executive worked on my issue.
I have purchased a iphone 11 on your poorvika showroom on 23rd of jan-20 and i have made my payment through hdfc credit card with the 6 months zero cost emi option,
I got a message from my bank saying that your emi is not process on 27th of jan-20 and i immediately contact customer care of hdfc and ask for the reason why it is not converted, but they have clearly told that on the backend process that the seller was not given a option for emi conversion, so from the day 28th of jan i have called your showroom and explain the same but he told ignore that message with in 10 working days of purchase definitely this will get converted. But on 2nd of feb i received my credit card statement in that the purchase was not converted to emi, and again called your showroom and told the same and then they asked me to come down to your showroom for give a written request on the same, based on that i drop to your showroom on the next day, but one of your executive told that we don't want the written copy just give a live photo from the showroom to forward the complaint.
From that day onwards till today i am calling all your showroom executive they are not responded with the proper solution, all this 20 days i have tired calling to your executive, from this whole process it is clear that nobody know how to resolve the customer complaint. Today i suppose to pay the card payment and i don't know what to pay.
If i want to write a brief on all this 20days of calling your showroom staffs and your service team staffs it will be a long story i don't want to explain that now. Finally i hope you will give a proper response atleast. Thank you.
