I would like to share my experience when I visited poorvike show room - Tumkur - 572102
1. When I visited poorvika there is no proper guidance for customers
2 I planned to purchase MOTOg60 mobile, the actually price is 14999rs but in poorvika they informed us 16500rs, even I get same model mobile number for online price means why can't get same product for same price in poorvika show room..?? So I need clarity on this..
3. Well even we purchased same model mobile ( moto G60 ) as discussed with staff and they informed us to do online transaction for payment
4. As per discussion with center incharge Basvaraju we did online payment using poorvika website at 2.08pm and amount is deducted from my account and we clear the payment as per ur staff guide lines
5. Once payment done we asked bill and product but Basavaraj and there staff informed us payment is not yet credited so wait for some time
6. we wait till 4pm but we didn't found any solution, instead of solution they started arruging and rude behivlour with us
7. whole day we didn't get product and as well refund also, so asked plz refund the amount or else provide the product but again they started arraignments and wait some more time really I am feel so worst with behivours of Basvaraj and staff
8. The whole day I wasted for this reason, I hope Time is more precious then any thing
As of today I didn't get product or didn't get amount refund, based on trust we make the payment using poorvika website, but really I loose hope and trust on poorvika
So kindly suggest, whom I have to ask here, whose fault here.? I need clarity on this or else I will intiate the same mail to higher authority
