I have not had any reply.
Portea bangalore based health services exploiting patients and senior citizens!
I used their attendant services in october and was charged ₹450/- for 12 hours.
Unfortunately we had use them again last month.
Since our need was urgent they demanded ₹800/- for 12 hours which we paid.
One day i got the following sms from them.
Thank you for choosing portea medical, our new pricing structure is effective from 1st may, 2016 and we had to increase our price to rs. 650 per 12 hour nursing attendant visit due to inflation and other unavoidable reasons. We have tried reaching out to you. Please reach out to our toll free number - [protected] to continue the service.
Mr pavan will be there to assist you.
On being contacted the reply was you can do whatever you want we will charge ₹800 /- for 12 hours.
After many calls they said in future you pay ₹650/- for 12 hours.
