PortaMart — Company not giving my product and not responding

Sir i am purchasing a mobile handset battery and i will pay tha money in rupees 499 with extra delivery charges 29 rupees total 528 pay it but sir 11 days to go but that portamart company is not responding anything i will call the number but they are pick up the call always hold the call i wll also send the but also they are not responding only system generated mail sending 24-48hours we'll get back the soon but nothing is happen i am so afraid sir please help me sir
