Greetings

I have bought new Portronics POR-645 Muffs Pro Wireless Bluetooth Headphone

with AUX Port (Black) | B01N21D4FD ( POR-645 Muffs Pro ) 2000/- Rs

After only 3 months, one line is coming on the head side as picture attached.

It looks like, there is manufacturing fault in this product.

Now portronics team is denying to replace it.
You are requested to kindly register our complaint and help to get it replaced at the earliest.

Portronics Customer Care's response Respected Team,

Greetings from Portronics.

We would like to inform you that customer product is physically damaged as if it got damaged within 1 week, 1 month then we would help but to the customer but customer got this in 7th August 2020 and today is 4th March 2021 so after using 7 months this is not manufacturing defects and none of company will help in physically damaged product, How Brand come to know that customer did not use it or use it and if any person buy anything from any company then everyone use it but if any customer have not use then it is not company problem, Kindly check below screen shot of customer & brand conversation on mail with invoice -

Note- If any customer raise any issue on Consumer form it does not mean every customer is right at their place, kindly check whole scenario and then please decide that is customer is right ?

Dear Team,
Greetings for the day!

This company only tries to silence the customer by listening to its decision. Because it is a branded company that knows how to impose unheard decisions to ignore customer's statements.

Due to a technical problem in the actual product, they are doing so because it is designed incorrectly. And when the customer wants to make his point, the cases are closed, due to the manufacturing defect of the product.

My Twitter account has also been blocked by this portronics company. If this product is seen physically by any person, he will understand the manufacturing defect of the product.

Now no body is listing my complaint and resolve.
