Portronics — Keyboard keys not working

Hydra 10 mechanical keyboard keys 2, w, s, x not working properly.

it happens with right shift light gets on red then 2wsx key stop working.

it sometimes starts working suddenly and then suddenly stop working.

will be very grateful if you can suggest me what to do so i can repair myself.
