I have sent money through emo as 500, 1000 amount to separately to two member on 13/01/2017 & 18/02/2015 respectively, but till date they have not received. I hv contacted to post office, but they did not helped in this case & asked to complain in postal ho,

Since 15 November, the parcel has arrived from newai(K.N MODI UNIVERSITY) to itanagar, Arunachal pradesh.19 November, it has been received in Kolkata but still there no updates of parcel.please kindly help me because this parcel is very important and precious for me.i would thankful to your service.
