[Resolved] Pothys — ORD_27093/Product not shipped and delivered

I placed the above mentioned order on Nov 04th using pothys online shopping app and I don't see any update on the order so far with expected delivery date on 11th Nov. The customer sipport number is not active sine last week and always receive line busy tone. There is no option on the app to cancel order too. I need refund amount. Was this information helpful? Nov 28, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved After noticing the email or phone call from consumer complaints, the manager from Pothys reached me over phone. They apologized for the delay and stated the order placed was missed due to some order payment update issue in system. They promised to send the product within 2 days and the product was delivered to me today. For any similar queries customers can reach to enquiry@pothys.com. Pothys customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 22, 2020 Updated by Subramaniam94 Still there is no update on this issue. Kindly help to take necessary action. Nov 28, 2020 Updated by Subramaniam94 Hi, Online shopping manager from pothys contacted me over phone and said they ll be sending the missed order within 2days. I received the product today. Thank you for your support! Really helped.
