I have purchased one ear buds headset from pothys salem on February 2021 as a birthday gift. But unfortunately it was not connecting in their phone... Hence i asked them to replace the product.. They made me to come to pothys many times... Since am working in canara bank as legal manager, uts difficult for me to go to pothys regularly.. Hence i took back the diffractive product today...the staff's told us that they will c us in court... The product is having worth 5000 rs. Its a total loss for me.. Was this information helpful? |
