Got a call from lady posing working in Renault headquarter and informed about Road side assistance for my newly purchased vehicle. They offer RSA service for 15 years in Rs.3500/-. As payment was on COD basis, they courier their card through courier service (DELHIVERY). As I was not available during delivery, wife paid the amount as I told her to pay. As soon as I checked the card, immediately realized that I am a victim of call. Fake card in hand with no mentioning about Renault. Even tried to call on no for activation, but no one attending a call. This is new mode of scam and hence its request to take legal action against them and if possible recover the money from them refund the money return my money from them if possible.
