Received a call that they are calling from Kia Motors and they want to deliver a road assistance card. The card will be valid for 15 years and will provide service during breakdown of car. The card will cost Rs 3500 and will be delivered to me on cash on delivery basis. They have my residential address and details of car. So I believed them. The card was sent to me through courier Xpressbees. The courier partner delivered the card and collected cash of Rs 3500 through phonepay. The card was found to be fake and immediately informed to courier partner Xpressbees and requested the courier partner not to pay the amount. But Xpressbees courier did not cooperate. Hence I suspect that the farud has been committed in coalition with the courier partner Xpressbees. Further the delivery memo from Xpressbees courier did not mention the sender's address which I have attached as evidence. Was this information helpful? |
