If you want to buy a tension in 500 rs then go to hdfc fast tag. Customer service is zero. Since 22nov i call 100 times but no body piock the phone. I buy two fasttag from hdfc. Both my cars are on different names but they send me one wallet id and one customer id. I am confused how it will work. For all queries i need to talk with costomer care but this all is rubbish now. They are only collecting money on the name fasttag.
Icici and paytm are better options to buy fast tag. Even i am thinking to buy again from other bank like icici or paytm.
Please dont ve a victim of hdfc.
