Power Max — Product Not working within Warranty period :- No Service /Replacement /Refund /No response from Power max Company | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased the Product ( PowerMax Fitness® Digital Weight Machine for Human Body - High Accuracy Bathroom Weighing Scale with Step-on Technology & Super Durable 6mm Tempered Glass)11th Aug 2020 per Invoice copy attached from Amazon(Order Number:[protected] . The Product has a one year warranty period . Now the product has stopped working . As on 30th Sept 2020 I had communicated the same with Power Max and with Amazon ask for service : To make the product work / Replacement /Refund . Also Created a Complaint Ref ticket number #T513346 But Till date no resolution received . I had sent multiple reminder mails/Multiple Calls with both Amazon and with Power max, but there is no response received . The company is totally silent not sending any communication, phone call and response . Power max is not responding even the product is within warranty period . neither providing service, nor replacement and refund. It's a complete harassment with me . Cheating on my faith and believe purchase product through Amazon . Even I had communicated Amazon multiple times .. but there is no hope. It looks like The Power Max only bother about sale of product not even bother about service and warranty, the warranty provided is totally fake and a harassment with customer .
