Power Source Technology Co., Ltd. — microsoft surface charger

I have ordered a charger for my Microsoft surface tablet described as original on August 4th, After opening the box it's pretty obvious this is not a genuine Microsoft charger and it's a defective product, the power cord doesn't fit in that fake charger at all like it's 2 different products that don't belong together. Needless to say that I am beyond outraged right now of the false advertisement and I feel duped. The seller refused to take responsibility for the shipping cost to return it to them all the way to china they want me to pay for it even though I already paid shipping to receive. I am left without a charger and no real solution from the seller.

Dear sir / Madam.

Unfortunately, I did not find the charger after searching several times and asking my employer.
I understand that you cannot do anything about it because the charger should have been supplied according to T&T.

I don't understand it myself and wonder why it should say "Company name, Company name" instead of "Company name, My name", as I had described. (we always do this when we have something delivered at work).

Too bad you didn't just email me back to explain this problem and I had to "escalate" it. Big word but I don't see it that way.

Unfortunately, I am now almost 90, - lighter and will have to order a charger again. I had bought the original a little further on.

Certainly the communication from your side (none) I found very disappointing.

But yes, nothing to do about it but I wanted to let you know how I experienced it on my part.

Kind regards,
I ordered, a charger for my moms laptop, from, this company, and, it went through paypal express, I didnt have an account, with paypal. I mentioned, my purchase, to my sister, and, she looked them up, and, to my horror there are 180 some companies, with that name. I have to blame, myself for the way, I did it. I have to hope, that, I didn't just send money away, to, some crook, that has my money with no intention, or, never had the charger to begin with. I have 60 days and have called my bank and told them my story and they on my side. I am just hopeful that this wasn't a scam. But, with the post my sister gave me. I believe, I just got scammed. The first purchase online, and wow, may not like it, but, it is what it is, Ebay, and, or, Amazon, would have been the better choice.. anyways, I used my credit card, and, I can get it, reversed, if need be, but, I am a trusting soul no matter, the information, I have uncovered. Please be true Thanks for the outlet be safe out there Trust No one.. :-)
Bought at the end of July a power supply unit for a Surface pro. Apparently original but in a few hours o[censored]se, electric arcs and short circuits appeared at the cable / connector junction: it is therefore not an OEM product as sold ... but a bad copy! Without any response from them for more than a month, I declared a Paypal dispute and this seller finally offered to refund me if I returned back item to him but all at my charge ... but in China: so cost of the operation, at least 30 € if however I'll well refunded (I have some doubt...). It is an unacceptable situation regarding their garantee policy during one-year. I am waiting for the position that Paypal will take regarding this obvious fraud situation and it seems to be already well signaled to Paypal.

After some chats with Paypal they accept to close the dispute and to full refund me directly. I strongly suggest to Paypal to proceed the banning of this seller from Paypal facilities...
